Carole Charland, Vice President Client Services
Carole is a qualitative research professional with more than 20 years of acquired industry expertise, of which 10 of those years have been in the field of healthcare & pharmaceutical marketing research. Her research tenure also includes deep healthcare experience in multidisciplinary research at the University of Montreal – Faculty of Medicine and in Public Health Units, notably in Infectious Diseases.
She possesses vast experience relating to diabetes care, infectious disease, inflammatory diseases, immunization, mental health, pain management, women’s health and many other disease areas as well as in medical devices and technology. Her toolbox of qualitative techniques is substantial and she utilizes a variety of methodologies, such as online bulletin boards and focus groups in addition to traditional in-person or telephone interviews to meet the every changing needs of the client and respondent.
Carole is bilingual, based out of Montreal, and apt to conduct the interviews in English and French. Her academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree of Anthropology in Health and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology.
Daniela Hassman, Moderator
Daniela Hassman is an experienced qualitative research moderator who focuses on creative problem solving and discovering insights through a planned approach using proven qualitative research techniques.
Daniela Hassman has conducted research with a wide variety of patients, health professionals and consumers by moderating hundreds of one-on-one depth interviews and focus groups. Daniela Hassman’s main areas of expertise and experience are within concept evaluations, advertising testing, and consumer satisfaction. Recent projects include nutrition discussions amongst parents and teens, disease management with various patient populations, and drug formulary and reimbursement policy research.
Daniela Hassman keeps abreast on industry trends and best practices by attending conferences and professional development seminars across North America and Europe. As an active member of the MRIA Daniela Hassman has completed the MRIA Moderating Course and currently sits as a director on the qualitative research board (QRD).
