Responsibilities

- Prospecting and lead generation
- Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of the customer’s marketplace and current events
- Delivering in-person and telephone presentations
- Assembling components and developing RFPs
- Leading development of survey tools in collaboration with client and internal analytical team
- Account management

| Knowledge, Skills & Abilities |
- University degree with thorough knowledge in Marketing, Marketing Research, and Economics/Business
- Minimum 2 years experience in a research agency /pharmaceutical company environment
- Strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills, ability to organize, manage time and meet deadlines, team player
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel

| RESEARCH ASSOCIATE |
We are seeking an entry-level professional pursuing an exciting career path in market research. The successful candidate will have completed a university degree in a related field, be self-motivated, and posses a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. |
| Responsibilities |
- Contribute to multiple levels in the research process including: sample/panel management, survey programming, data processing, analysis and interpretation, and report generation.
- Some administrative support is also required in this role.

- Is technically competent: experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Basic HTML a definite asset.
