ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of the customer’s marketplace and current events
  • Delivering in-person and telephone presentations
  • Assembling components and developing RFPs
  • Leading development of survey tools in collaboration with client and internal analytical team
  • Account management
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • University degree with thorough knowledge in Marketing, Marketing Research, and Economics/Business
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a research agency /pharmaceutical company environment
  • Strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills, ability to organize, manage time and meet deadlines, team player
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel

 

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

We are seeking an entry-level professional pursuing an exciting career path in market research. The successful candidate will have completed a university degree in a related field, be self-motivated, and posses a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to multiple levels in the research process including: sample/panel management, survey programming, data processing, analysis and interpretation, and report generation.
  • Some administrative support is also required in this role.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
We are looking for an individual who
  • Has a Bachelor's degree
  • Is highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
  • Has superior organizational skill, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Possesses strong verbal, written and electronic communication skill
  • Is technically competent: experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Basic HTML a definite asset.
